Junior Account Manager

£28,000 + £10,000 performance bonus

Our client is a dynamic, creativity-driven brand experience and events agency, renowned for designing unforgettable moments that leave a lasting impact. Founded in 2019, the organisation has rapidly grown into one of the UK’s fastest-expanding experiential agencies and they are not looking for a Junior Account Manager to support their client base.


The Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in building and developing strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a positive experience and supporting long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of business clients
  • Learning to understand client needs and how cloud solutions support their goals
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact, ensuring clients feel supported and informed
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service
  • Supporting account growth by identifying opportunities to add value
  • Contributing ideas to improve client engagement and retention
