Location: Hybrid Role (offices in Bracknell and Hartley Wintney, Hampshire)

Salary Range Starting From: £35k - £40k (OTE)

Role Type: Full Time – Permanent (desk-based)

How the Academy Works


You’ll progress through structured phases:

  •     Months 1–3: Training, shadowing & foundations
  •     Months 3–6: Technical enablement & certifications
  •     Months 6–9: Running supported sales cycles
  •     Months 9–12: Managing your own territory & targets


Throughout the year you’ll have:

One to one coaching

✔ Mentoring from experienced sales professionals

✔ Peer learning sessions

✔ Access to an on demand training library

✔ Deal clinics & pipeline reviews


At the end of the academy, you’ll graduate into a full SMB Account Executive role with real earning potential and a clear pathway to grow your career.


Main duties:

  •     Profiling of new SMB and commercial accounts to understand the share of wallet opportunity
  •     Identification and qualification of leads
  •     Drive revenue growth through effective account management through consultative approach
  •     Upsell and cross-sell IT solutions within the client portfolio and existing technology partners
  •     Collaborate with engineers, architects, and service teams to design solutions
  •     Pipeline & forecast management by maintaining accurate reporting, via the companies CRM
  • Achieve or exceed assigned revenue, margin, and growth targets
