Bid Manager – Hybrid / Christchurch | Up to £60,000


We are recruiting an experienced Bid Manager to join a dynamic team in Christchurch.

This hybrid role offers the chance to lead complex, high-value bids from qualification through to contract award.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end bid process, ensuring compliance and high-quality submissions
  • Develop bid strategies and manage multi-disciplinary bid teams
  • Act as main point of contact for stakeholders across sales, delivery, finance, legal, and external partners
  • Drive continuous improvement of bid governance and processes
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and timely progression through reviews and approvals


Experience / Skills

  • Proven track record in bid and proposal management, ideally within Defence or Aerospace.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organisational skills
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency
