Ecommerce and Marketplace Manager

We’re working with a fast-growing international company that helps consumer brands sell online across multiple channels, including marketplaces, direct-to-consumer websites, and retail partners. They work with well-known FMCG and digital-first brands across health, personal care, home, and electronics, supporting their growth globally.

We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce and Marketplace Manager to take ownership of online sales performance across key platforms. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset and experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.

You’ll manage multiple brands, work in a fast-paced environment, and focus on driving revenue and improving performance across online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise sales performance across Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central) and Shopify
• Track and analyse sales, conversion rates, content performance, and channel results
• Turn data into clear insights using Excel, dashboards, and e-commerce tools
• Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and smooth delivery
• Partner with marketing teams to improve the online customer journey
• Monitor competitors and market trends
• Support pricing, forecasting, and margin analysis

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or a similar role
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
• At least 2 years’ hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Experience using Shopify and understanding online shopper behaviour
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
