Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + uncapped commission

OTE: £60k Year 1 | £72k Year 2 | £88k+ Year 3

Start: April 2026

As an Account Manager, you’ll work with warm inbound enquiries, convert them into long-term clients and manage your own portfolio. This role suits someone who enjoys consultative sales, relationship building and being rewarded properly for performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing inbound enquiries from engaged prospects
• Converting opportunities into long-term accounts
• Growing and maximising existing client relationships
• Identifying repeat and upsell opportunities
• Managing your own pipeline using CRM and KPIs
• Working to clear sales and margin targets

About you

You may have experience in:

Sales | Account Management | Business Development | Recruitment | Estate Agency | Insurance | Telesales

You’ll be confident, relationship-led, commercially aware and motivated by targets and earnings.
