Staff Software Engineer – Warrington (Mainly Remote with adhoc visits) – £75,000- £80,000

Tech: C#, .NET Core, React, Azure/AWS/GCP, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Terraform

You’ll work alongside high‑level engineers, testers, and architects to modernise systems, improve engineering practices, and delivery processes across the organisation. You’ll work across multiple areas of the platform, driving improvements, unblocking delivery, and ensuring momentum across the engineering function. The role is predominantly hands‑on (around 70–80%), with the remaining time focused on technical leadership, coaching engineers, shaping architecture, and influencing how systems are designed and delivered.
