Sales Assistant - Media Sales

Job description

We’re currently hiring on behalf of two media owner clients for entry level, admin focused opportunities within their commercial teams in London.

These roles are ideal for someone looking to start their career in media and advertising, offering hands-on exposure to sales environments while developing strong organisational, client service and commercial skills.

You’ll be supporting busy sales teams with campaign administration, reporting, proposal preparation and day-to-day coordination across agency and client activity. The positions sit at the heart of the commercial function, working closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and clients receive an exceptional level of service.

Key responsibilities across the roles include:

– Supporting the planning, booking and delivery of advertising campaigns

– Managing campaign administration and reporting

– Preparing pre and post campaign information

– Assisting sales teams with proposals, insights and client requests

– Building strong internal and external relationships

– Maintaining accurate systems and ensuring smooth campaign delivery

We’re looking for individuals who are organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the media industry. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and the ambition to progress within a commercial environment are key.
