At Cravenhill Publishing, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Executive to support our awards programmes and events. You’ll play a key role in identifying potential entrants, engaging with businesses, and ensuring our awards attract top-quality submissions. This is a client-focused role where your ability to network, develop relationships and uncover opportunities will be key.

We are a publishing and events recognition business focused on corporate communications, design, and brand strategy. Our two magazines, Communicate and Transform, are industry-leading publications, and we produce a dynamic portfolio of conferences and awards events worldwide.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Researching industries and identifying companies and individuals who would benefit from entering our awards/attending our events/conferences
  • Proactively contacting potential entrants via calls, email and targeted outreach
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with previous entrants to encourage repeat participation
  • Managing key accounts and guiding clients smoothly through the entry process of our awards programmes
  • Coordinating with judges and industry experts throughout the awards process
  • Maintaining accurate databases and tracking engagement
  • Supporting marketing activity, including email campaigns and social media

  • Research-focused and analytical You enjoy identifying trends, researching companies and working with data and spreadsheets

Salary: £26,000 base salary, with performance related bonuses, reviewed after six months.
