The division based around Manchester is well established but is embarking on a growth strategy that includes local manufacture in the new premises that are about to locate to

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Stockport. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure the efficient functioning of the branch. Responsibilities include achieving business targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, inventory control, and monitoring sales performance. The Branch Manager will also handle team development, coordinate with head office, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and guiding a team.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management, tracking sales performance, and maintaining operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of the ventilation industry or experience in a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze business performance and implement effective strategies to meet goals.
• Proficiency in basic office and management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
