Direct Sales Manager

This is a full time permanent opportunity for an experienced Direct Sales Manager to join a well-established HVAC manufacturer with an expanding presence across the UK. The role offers a chance to take ownership of a key territory and play a visible part in driving market growth.

Direct Sales Manager - The Role:

As Direct Sales Manager, you will focus on expanding market presence by developing strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Working across a defined customer base, you will drive increased penetration, improve market share and ensure activity is aligned with wider business objectives.

You will work closely with contractors, ensuring key stakeholders are fully informed on current products and services through regular review meetings, technical input and promotional support. The role requires a commercial, hands-on approach, with success measured by achieving agreed sales targets within set timeframes and contributing to the long-term growth of the business.

The Package for Distribution Sales Manager:

* £45,000 - £56,000 basic salary

* £20,000 uncapped bonus

* £550 per month car allowance OR Company Car

* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

South UK territory, below Birmingham.
