Acoustic Sales Engineer

Location: Leeds

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + bonus

We’re on the lookout for an Acoustic Sales Engineer who enjoys mixing engineering know-how with commercial savvy. You’ll help clients find smart acoustic solutions - from consultancy and testing to design and specialist products - while building lasting relationships in a niche, fascinating field.

What you’ll be doing

• Being the first friendly voice for incoming enquiries
• Understanding client needs and matching them with the right acoustic solutions
• Providing clear, confident technical advice across products, testing, and design
• Creating accurate quotes, specs, and standout proposals
• Collaborating with technical, design, and marketing teams to grow opportunities
• Nurturing client relationships and spotting new ways to add value

What we’re looking for

• A technically minded communicator who’s curious, organised, and proactive
• Background in acoustics, engineering, music or a related field would be great
• Solid understanding of acoustic principles and products
• Experience in technical sales or client-facing engineering roles
• Confidence with pricing, proposals, and commercial thinking
