Territory Sales Manager – Dental Implants & Digital Dentistry

Midlands (Birmingham, Nottingham, Peterborough, Cambridge)

We’re looking for a confident, motivated Territory Sales Manager to grow and develop a high-potential Midlands territory within the dental implant and digital dentistry space. This is a new business-heavy role with the backing of a strong product portfolio and excellent training.

What you’ll be doing-

• Owning and growing your territory through face-to-face visits, cold calling and relationship building
• Selling a premium range of surgical, restorative, regenerative and digital dental solutions
• Building trusted partnerships with dental practices, hospitals, corporates and Dental labs
• Delivering product demos and clinical training to dentists, nurses and technicians
• Spotting new opportunities, developing proposals and driving projects forward
• Representing the brand at exhibitions and study clubs

Who this role suits-

• A natural relationship builder who enjoys consultative selling
• Someone confident knocking on doors and picking up the phone
• Proven experience in dental sales, ideally implants (minimum 2 years)
• Self-starter mindset, organised, driven and comfortable working autonomously
• Strong presentation skills and commercial awareness
• Full UK driving licence and fluent English
