The Role

My client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to spearhead their client acquisition efforts through inbound leads and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities via calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
• Understand client needs and present tailored financing solutions effectively.
• Develop a deep understanding of lending products and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing and underwriting teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in account management, sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Experience in lead generation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline effectively.
• Knowledge of alternative lending solutions is a plus.
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
