£50-65k + 20% bonus
This is a high impact opportunity to join a fast growing, purpose led drinks business as a National Account Manager across the Out of Home channel. The business is scaling quickly, with strong momentum across wholesale and foodservice, and big ambitions for the years ahead.
You’ll take ownership of key national OOH customers while helping to shape and accelerate channel growth. It’s a hands on role with real influence, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a visible role in building a challenger brand.
What you’ll do
Own and grow relationships with major national and regional OOH customers, including leading wholesalers and distributors
Develop and deliver joint business plans that drive distribution, rate of sale, visibility and profitability
Lead commercial negotiations across pricing, promotions, listings and contractual agreements
Manage forecasts, volume targets and promotional plans in line with overall business objectives
Identify and unlock new OOH opportunities across foodservice, hospitality, leisure, travel and workplace channels
Build compelling sell in stories aligned to consumer demand, brand values and commercial goals
Analyse customer and channel data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance and operations to ensure excellent execution
Support and develop the wider OOH sales team, helping drive new business wins and account growth
What we’re looking for
This role will suit someone commercially sharp, proactive and motivated by the opportunity to help scale a fast growth FMCG business.
Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within OOH, foodservice or wholesale
Experience managing national distributors or large OOH customers
A strong track record of delivering sustainable growth and winning new business
Confidence owning commercial negotiations and managing P&L responsibility
Experience leading or developing others, or a clear readiness to step into a leadership role
Comfortable operating in a fast moving, challenger brand environment
Passion for great products, purpose led businesses and building brands consumers love
