The Position:

As an Event Lead, you’ll be commercially minded and strategic, with the ability to grow and pitch innovative ideas to a global client base, always thinking outside the box.

You will have full creative freedom to act as the driving force for growth, winning proposals for your projects and turning events into exceptional memories and experiences.

You’ll own the full event journey, from the first spark of an idea and initial brief through to seamless onsite delivery, bringing together logistics, stakeholder relationships, client growth, long-term partnerships, and collaborative teamwork.

About you:

• Commercial and operationally driven with an ambitious creative spark!
• Understanding of full end to end event management from all angles.
• Ability to win pitches and provide Innovative insight to client briefs.
• A charismatic individual with strong attention to detail.
• Be curious and a great team player.

Event management experience is a must! Having Event Agency experience is a bonus due to familiarity with juggling multiple projects and different client briefs at once.

This role is Hybrid, working 3 days in the office, 2 from home!
