Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Furniture Salesperson, located in Belfast. The role involves assisting customers with their furniture selections, demonstrating product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining an organized showroom, and effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers. Collaboration with team members to meet business goals and participate in promotional activities is also expected.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of furniture products, including materials, designs, and functionality to effectively assist customers.
  • Proven capability in retail sales and achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
  • Customer service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a sales or retail role is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently as needed.
  • Basic computer skills for managing sales systems and customer records.
  • A passion for interior design and furniture trends is a plus.


Salary Expectations


This is open for discussion upon a successful job offer. This will relate to the level of experience you have. A starting salary of 28k with a lucritive comission structure, uncapped OTE 36k+
