Full Stack Developer

• Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in Farringdon, London)
• Job Type: Contract
• Daily Rate Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team on a short-term contract. This role involves both front-end and back-end development, requiring strong skills in Java, Python, and API development. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining scalable, high-quality applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of applications.
• Collaborate with project teams to design and implement functional, robust applications.
• Write clean, scalable code using Java, Python, and other relevant technologies.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and functionality.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Create security and data protection settings.
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with API development and integration.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
