What you’ll be doing:

This isn't just sending emails. You’ll be at the heart of our mission by:

• Owning key relationships: Helping school leaders hire smarter and faster.
• Picking up the phone: Building genuine trust through outbound calling—it’s about helping, not just selling.
• Consultative Leading: Guiding school leaders through recruitment processes.
• Collaborating: Working with Tech, Sales, and Ops to ensure schools have the best experience.
• Impacting the product: Sharing direct school feedback with our product team.
