Responsibilities

  • You shall oversee daily operations at the townhouse to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery, maintaining the standards that define the brands in the world of high jewellery.
  • We expect you to lead and mentor team members by providing guidance and support in their professional development, particularly in understanding the intricacies of luxury jewellery.
  • You will coordinate with different departments, including design and sales, to streamline processes and improve communication, ensuring seamless operations across our organization.
  • You shall manage scheduling and resource allocation effectively to meet business demands while considering employee well-being amidst a busy luxury retail environment.
  • We expect you to monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement aligned with company goals, particularly focusing on the high jewellery segment.
  • You will handle customer inquiries specific to high and fine jewellery and resolve issues promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty to Jessica McCormack.
  • You shall ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal regulations pertaining to the jewellery industry.
  • We expect you to contribute to strategic planning by offering insights and recommendations based on operational data and industry trends from the luxury jewellery market.

  • You should coordinate with different departments, such as design and sales, to ensure seamless communication and project execution within the context of luxury offerings.
  • It is essential for you to conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and identifying areas for growth in expertise related to fine jewellery.
  • We trust you to lead by example, demonstrating commitment to excellence and inspiring the team to achieve common goals synonymous with luxury and prestige.
  • You must stay informed about industry trends, especially those impacting high jewellery, and integrate relevant insights to keep our offerings innovative and competitive.
  • We need someone with 2-3 managerial experience, this is a cmplex ambitious flagship store with an expected high turnover, therefore less of a learn on the job, managerial development role
  • They will not hold development conversations, manage scheduling, or do 121s
  • Their day to day will include shopfloor supervision, supporting difficult client situations, retail excellence standards, visual merchandising standards, leading inventory cycle counts, ensuring excellent client experience
  • Working on developing on own client through supporting selling on the floor
  • Looking for a team motivator, to support on morning team huddles and end of day check ins
  • Must be able to work occasional Sundays
