Roles/Responsibilities
- Win new business and open new contractor and engineering accounts across the Northern region.
- Promote sheet piles, trench sheets, structural steel sections, and engineered steel solutions.
- Conduct site visits and technical discussions with contractors, engineers, and buyers.
- Develop long-term relationships within groundworks, shoring, marine, and infrastructure sectors.
- Identify early-stage project opportunities and influence specification.
- Manage and execute your own territory growth strategy.
- Build strong pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting.
- Establish yourself as the go-to specialist for piling and shoring solutions in your region.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience within:
- Sheet piling
- Groundworks
- Shoring / trenching
- Structural or heavy steel
- Civil engineering materials
- Foundation or infrastructure supply
- Strong new business development and door-opening capability.
- Comfortable working in a field-based, travel-oriented role.
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
- Confident engaging with site managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Well-networked within the construction or civil engineering sector.
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of running a territory with minimal supervision.
