Sales Development Representative (SDR) – UK
Global Security Vendor
Location: London (Remote)
Compensation: £45,000 base + £30,000 bonus + stock options
Career Path: Fast-track to Commercial Sales within 12 months
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving pipeline and revenue growth in the UK market. This role is designed for high-potential sales professionals and includes a clear, fast-tracked progression into a Commercial Sales (Account Executive) role within one year, based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage new mid-market and enterprise customers across UK
- Generate and qualify outbound and inbound sales opportunities
- Book high-quality meetings for the Commercial Sales team
- Research target accounts and stakeholders to deliver personalised outreach
- Communicate the value of our security solutions to technical and business buyers
- Maintain accurate pipeline data using CRM tools
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Regional Leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar B2B sales role
- Experience selling SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology is a strong advantage
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and coachable mindset
- Desire to progress quickly into a closing role
