Strategic Accounts Executive – International Groups (New Business)


Sheffield/London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

up to £60,000 base salary, plus £40,000 OTE


Tes is growing and we’re looking for a high‑energy Strategic Accounts Executive to join our International Groups New Business team.


About the Role

As a Strategic Accounts Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from proactive prospecting through to closing complex, high‑value deals across new and existing accounts.


You’ll build long‑term relationships, drive expansion opportunities, influence senior stakeholders, and partner closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. This is a high‑impact, individual‑contributor role where your expertise will shape our continued international growth.


What You’ll Be Doing

Sales & Growth

  • Lead the end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycle
  • Secure high‑value new customers across international education groups
  • Identify and convert up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Manage and respond to high‑value tenders

Strategy & Pipeline

  • Build long‑term sales plans to exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain a strong, healthy pipeline through networking and targeted outreach
  • Analyse sales performance and pipeline health regularly

Customer Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders
  • Understand customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions
  • Work with account teams to support post‑sales success

Leadership & Expertise

  • Mentor and coach colleagues by sharing best practices
  • Contribute to improving sales training and processes
  • Stay ahead of market trends and use insights to sharpen your approach


⭐ What You’ll Need

  • Strong experience in enterprise-level B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record closing high‑value deals
  • Ability to autonomously run the full sales cycle
  • Strategic, analytical and commercially sharp
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship‑building skills
  • Experience managing high‑value tenders (desirable)
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
