£38000 (neg) + bonus + commission (OTE £44,000)

A Trend Inspiring Fashion & Accessory Brand are searching for a Store Manager who brings style, pace, and strong commercial instinct. This Bluewater boutique needs a leader who thrives in a trend‑driven environment and knows how to convert footfall into loyal, returning customers.

You’ll lead a beautiful store, elevate the customer experience, and deliver outstanding commercial results.

The Role

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver a refined, personalised service
• Drive sales and KPIs through strong trading, coaching and client engagement
• Maintain impeccable standards across presentation, operations and store environment
• Create a confident, welcoming culture where your team thrives
• Deliver sales targets and a great customer experience

About You

• 3+ years’ leadership experience in a customer focused sales driven store as Manager or Assistant Manager (jewellery, fashion, beauty)
• A polished, service-led leader with strong coaching ability
• Commercially astute with proven KPI delivery and action planning
• Flexible to work weekends/late trading as required
