We're looking for someone who owns a room before they open their mouth.

Be Better My Friend makes high-performance plant fats that work 1:1 like butter. Same recipe. Same process. Same result. No compromise. We've spent four years proving it in real bakeries across the UK, Europe and Asia-Pac.

Now we're ready to take it the the next level, starting with the UK.

We need someone who already knows which doors to knock on.

Who doesn't need a playbook.

Who closes, not just talks.

This isn't a job where you inherit a territory and manage it.

This is a job where you build something that didn't exist before.

You'll work directly with the founders. No layers. No politics.

£60K base. Realistic £120K when the UK is performing.

Equity on the table after 18 months.

The product is real. The proof is there. The momentum exists.
