London Sales Manager

Advocate Group is looking for a London Sales Manager

Job description

Business Development Manager – On Trade and HORECA

Drive growth. Win new customers. Make real impact.

Join one of the UK’s most dynamic premium water companies with one of the strongest and most versatile water portfolios in the UK.

The company supplies customers across luxury hospitality, national hotel and QSR groups, wholesale and on-trade distribution, retail and forecourts, travel-catering, NHS and emergency services, utilities, private label, and major leisure, sports and arena venues.

We’re now hiring a London Sales Manager to spearhead commercial growth and unlock new distribution through customer acquisition across the London hospitality sector.

The Role

  • Own the entire new-business pipeline across London’s premium hotels, restaurants and bars, from prospecting to pitching to closing.
  • Identify high-value opportunities across luxury groups, iconic venues, trend-led bars, and top restaurants, building a targeted universe of prospects.
  • Map the market, uncover whitespace, and strategically prioritise sites that elevate brand visibility and volume.
  • Deliver standout brand pitches that bring the relevant portfolio to life for buyers, F&B teams, and group decision-makers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms that secure profitable, long-term listings and maximise brand presence in each venue.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding once deals are won.
  • Champion the brand across the London hospitality scene, building networks and opening doors in hospitality environments.

About You

  • A natural hunter - energised by prospecting, pitching and closing new accounts across London’s hotels, restaurant groups and independent venues.
  • Proven success winning new business within Hospitality, HORECA and the wider On-Trade, ideally across premium or multi-site environments.
  • A deep understanding of the London hotel, restaurant, bar and café landscape, with strong intuition about where the best opportunities sit.
  • A confident, polished communicator able to influence senior decision-makers, F&B teams and group buyers across premium venues.
  • Highly driven, resilient and motivated by targets, autonomy and the fast pace of London’s hospitality sector.
  • Strategic and organised, with the ability to build, manage and convert a high-quality pipeline consistently.
  • Commercially sharp, able to tailor pitches to customer needs and articulate the value of a multi-brand premium water portfolio.
