Location: UK or France

A global provider of scaffolding, access and engineered temporary works solutions is seeking to appoint a GPS Sales Manager to lead growth across African markets.

This is a strategic export role focused on developing and expanding business across multiple territories. The position will suit an experienced sales professional with a strong background in scaffolding or engineered access systems and demonstrable experience operating within African markets.

The business delivers complex access solutions across industrial maintenance, infrastructure and large commercial construction projects. Sales cycles are technical and project-led, requiring a consultative approach and strong commercial discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute export sales strategy across African markets
• Manage and grow distributor and dealer relationships
• Engage directly with contractors, asset owners and industrial clients
• Identify and convert long-cycle, project-based opportunities
• Support regional market expansion initiatives

What we're looking for?

• Proven experience in scaffolding, access systems or temporary works
• Strong technical understanding of engineered access solutions
• Demonstrable experience across African markets, with an established network
• Background in international or export sales
• Experience managing dealer or distributor partnerships
• Comfortable operating across multiple territories

The role can be based in the UK or France and will involve regular international travel.
