Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Reports to: Commercial Director

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and qualify potential customers through targeted prospecting efforts, helping the team by scheduling sales meetings and assisting in the sales process.
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline to support sales objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing to maximise the impact of our Account-Based Marketing efforts.
- Contribute to the rapid growth of the UK commercial team through effective collaboration.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience as an SDR, ideally in compliance, HRTech, or workflow solutions
- Consultative selling style with strong discovery and objection-handling skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with lead generation processes and HubSpot.
