Senior / Principal Electrical Engineer

What you’ll be doing

• Provide electrical project leadership, working with the plant project organisation and business areas to develop clearly defined technical scopes and execution strategies for a range of operations projects in Air Separation, HYCO and Generated Gases
• Identify and prioritise the key electrical deliverables for the above projects, ensuring achievable timescales and estimates are defined
• Work closely with the various technical disciplines: Controls, machinery, process safety etc, to ensure accurate transfer of information and to manage technical changes during the design process
• Collaborate with local plant operations and business areas to identify strategies for executing modifications whilst maintaining business continuity
• Participate in the electrical safety evaluations for plant modifications
• Provide senior technical support for Operational Readiness Inspections (ORI), commissioning, startup and performance testing
