CTO Systems – Chief Technology Officer, Systems

Evolved Aerospace develops mission-critical aerospace systems designed for real operational use.

Role summary:

As CTO, Systems, you own mission systems and system architecture across Evolved.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a research role and not a business role. You are accountable for technical correctness, architectural coherence, and system-level decisions.

You are also a customer-facing technical leader, involved early, setting expectations, shaping solutions, and ensuring technical credibility.

We're looking for:

• Proven ownership of end-to-end system behaviour on complex, mission- or safety-critical platforms.
• Experience being accountable for system-level requirements, interfaces, and architectural guardrails.
• Made binding technical trade-offs under real operational constraints.
