The Role:

You'll be working in our Civil & Structural engineering division, connecting talented engineers with major UK infrastructure projects. Your focus will be on:

• Building relationships with engineering candidates across the UK
• Sourcing talent through LinkedIn, networking, and headhunting
• Creating compelling job adverts to attract top candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
• Negotiating offers that work for both candidates and clients

Our clients:

Work with prestigious consulting engineers, local authorities, county councils, and government organisations on major infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.

Requirements:

• Eligible to live and work in the UK
• Able to commute to our Fareham office Monday-Friday
• Excellent telephone manner
