Senior / Principal Electrical Engineer

Location: Chertsey

Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

We’re recruiting for a global engineering and industrial solutions leader delivering complex plant and infrastructure projects worldwide. They’re seeking a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to strengthen their European engineering team and support major operational and project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical scopes for plant and operations projects.
• Produce technical deliverables, estimates, and execution strategies.
• Review vendor designs for safety, reliability, and compliance.
• Support commissioning, start-up, and technical approvals.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent experience).
• Strong industrial/plant engineering background.
• Practical, hands-on mindset with site experience.
• Strong communication and ability to manage priorities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
