Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in the London area, United Kingdom. The Sales Consultant will focus on identifying client needs, providing tailored property solutions, and helping clients navigate the buying or renting process. Daily responsibilities include building relationships with potential clients, conducting property viewings, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering client satisfaction throughout the transaction process. The consultant will also play an advisory role to assist clients in making informed investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or luxury business in UK
• Experience in dealing with high Net-worth individuals in Luxury retail market or in banking
• Using and understanding CRM systems
• Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand client needs and offer suitable property solutions.
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive client experience.
• Effective Communication skills, including listening and presenting, to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the UK real estate market and multilingual skills, especially in Turkish, are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
