Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Gloucestershire

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer to join a growing engineering business based in Gloucestershire. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical engineering background who is looking to combine technical expertise with commercial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage new and existing customer relationships.
• Provide technical support and solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
• Attend client meetings and site visits as required.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to order completion.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Mechanical Engineering degree or strong mechanical engineering background (essential).
• Previous experience in a Sales Engineer or technical sales role preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Commercially aware, proactive, and target-driven.
• Full UK driving licence.
