This is a supporting role with a clear pathway to rapidly progress into a NAM position on Amazon or across wider eCommerce. A genuine stepping-stone opportunity.
Amazon is a high-value account for the business and while you won’t initially hold full P&L ownership, you will lead activation projects, manage budgets and gain exposure to high-level negotiations and strategic account development. Previous Amazon FMCG experience and knowledge of Vendor or Seller Central operations is essential. For the right candidate, there is opportunity to take ownership of smaller online retailer P&Ls.
Key responsibilities –
- Support and execute the Amazon strategy, driving marketplace activation, digital shelf excellence and availability.
- Own weekly performance reporting, delivering clear insights and actions to improve forecast accuracy and account results.
- Work cross-functionally and with external partners to ensure seamless execution and strong account development.
Key requirements –
- Experience managing or supporting Amazon within FMCG, with Vendor or Seller Central knowledge.
- Strong understanding of the online customer journey, performance metrics and marketplace operations.
- Commercially driven self-starter with excellent prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
This is a home-based role, spending 1-2 days a week at the head office North of London.
