Senior Bathroom Sales Specialist

Glasgow

£35,000–£39,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50k–£60k)

Experienced in bathroom sales and ready to take real ownership of something that’s growing?

A well-established Glasgow business is investing heavily in its bathroom division and is now looking to hire a genuine bathroom specialist to help shape and develop this side of the operation.

This is not a replacement hire. It is a growth hire.

The company has built a strong foundation through its trade operation and successfully expanded into bathrooms. Demand is consistent. Brand relationships are strong. What’s now needed is experience and subject-matter credibility.

The Role

You will lead bathroom sales within an established and busy operation.

• Manage customers from consultation through to completion
• Deliver a genuinely consultative, customer-first experience
• Build repeat business and referrals
• Work alongside installers and trade professionals
• Take ownership of pipeline, follow-up and conversion

An experienced design team is already in place. This role is focused on customer management, sales performance and commercial growth.

About You

• Proven bathroom showroom or bathroom trade experience
• Track record of managing higher-value residential projects
• Consultative approach to selling
• Comfortable owning your pipeline and customers
• Motivated by performance and earnings
• Bathroom experience is essential.

The Package

£35,000–£39,000 basic

Uncapped commission paid quarterly

Realistic OTE £50k–£60k
