We are seeking an ambitious Territory Manager to join a leading MedTech manufacturer of innovative surgical products and solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced surgical sales professional to manage and grow a defined territory across Scotland, representing a high-quality portfolio of medical devices used in hospitals.


Role Overview

As the primary point of contact for your territory, you will drive sales growth, market share, and customer engagement for surgical devices. You will work closely with surgeons, theatre teams, and procurement stakeholders, providing clinical expertise and tailored solutions that improve patient outcomes. This role requires strong territory management, strategic planning, and a results-driven mindset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined territory across Scotland, driving sales of surgical instruments and medical devices
  • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating theatre teams, and hospital decision-makers
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide product demonstrations, clinical education, and support at hospitals and surgical centres
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Attend trade shows, educational events, and customer meetings as required


Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in surgical device sales, MedTech, or medical equipment sales
  • Strong territory management, negotiation, and account planning skills
  • Ability to communicate clinical value and support surgical teams in decision-making
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
  • Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, and presentation skills
  • IT-literate with experience using CRM tools
