Job Title: Junior Producer – Professional Risks

Location: London (City)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

About the Company:

A specialist London brokerage focused on Professional Indemnity, D&O, Cyber and Tech risks, with strong Lloyd’s relationships and ambitious growth targets through to 2027. The firm operates a flat, open culture where people are expected to contribute commercially and are supported by experienced technical leaders.

Role Summary:

This is designed for someone in their second insurance role who wants to step into production. You’ll be developed by senior Executives who understand how to build books properly - not just chase short-term wins.

You’ll gain exposure to both UK retail and US wholesale placements, work closely with underwriters, and learn how to build and execute a real business plan. If you want to move from servicing into front-line revenue generation and accelerate your earnings trajectory, this is a genuine launchpad role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior Producers in new business development: Learn how to win and structure deals
• Develop your own pipeline within PI, D&O and Cyber: Build early-stage revenue
• Engage directly with underwriters and markets: Strengthen technical capability
• Contribute to business planning activity: Understand how growth strategy converts to income
• Build professional networks across brokers and clients: Accelerate long-term progression

Requirements:

• Experience within insurance broking (commercial or financial lines exposure preferred)
• Ambition to move into a new business-focused role
• Strong communication skills and commercial confidence
• Willingness to work in a structured, performance-led environment
• Proactive mindset with appetite for client-facing responsibility
