The Mission


  • Strategic Growth: Take ownership of a high-value portfolio, expanding relationships with key resellers, integrators, and distribution partners.
  • Market Expansion: Actively hunt for new business opportunities and untapped segments within the UK AV market.
  • Technical Consultancy: Bridge the gap between hardware and high-level service by preparing bespoke technical proposals and quotations.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal engineering, marketing, and logistics departments to ensure seamless delivery for every client.
  • Industry Intelligence: Stay sharp by conducting market research and keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest industry trends.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the company at major industry events, trade shows, and high-stakes client meetings.
  • Forecasting and Precision: Maintain meticulous CRM records and provide the sales forecasts needed to smash your KPIs.
