I’m working with an award-winning fintech, who are scaling fast and hiring a Business Development Representative due to huge traction in their broker channel.
If you’ve worked in SME lending / commercial finance and enjoy owning deals from warm leads, through to closing, this one is for you.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing broker-introduced deals through the full lifecycle
- Building strong relationships with SME finance brokers
- Acting as the main contact for brokers and customers
- Working closely with risk & underwriting to get deals over the line
- Owning onboarding and funding execution
- Managing pipeline, spotting risks & driving deal momentum
- Helping improve processes as the business scales
What you need
- Experience working with broker relationships
- Background in SME lending / fintech / commercial finance
- Proven ability to run deals end-to-end
- Organised, commercially minded and relationship-driven
- Energetic personality - someone who genuinely buys into what they sell
£45k base + OTE circa £60k
