About the Company


Elixir Advisory are on the search for a Business Development Manager for a fast growing family owned organisation that provides services within the renewable energy sector.



About the Role


The ideal candidate will have lead initiatives to generate sales within the New Build Sector. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.


Responsibilities


  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success


Qualifications


  • 10 years of business development experience
  • 3 years+ prior new build sector business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented


Required Skills


Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies within New Build, focused and goal-oriented.


Preferred Skills


3 years+ prior new build sector business development experience.


Pay range and compensation package


£60,000 to £80,000 basic, bonus, company car, private health. Office based 3 days a week (2 days remote). Opportunity to grow a team and lead the business development unit.
