I’m working with an award-winning fintech, who are scaling fast and hiring a Business Development Representative due to huge traction in their broker channel.


If you’ve worked in SME lending / commercial finance and enjoy owning deals from warm leads, through to closing, this one is for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing broker-introduced deals through the full lifecycle
  • Building strong relationships with SME finance brokers
  • Acting as the main contact for brokers and customers
  • Working closely with risk & underwriting to get deals over the line
  • Owning onboarding and funding execution
  • Managing pipeline, spotting risks & driving deal momentum
  • Helping improve processes as the business scales


What you need

  • Experience working with broker relationships
  • Background in SME lending / fintech / commercial finance
  • Proven ability to run deals end-to-end
  • Organised, commercially minded and relationship-driven
  • Energetic personality - someone who genuinely buys into what they sell


£45k base + OTE circa £60k
