Ecommerce Merchandising Manager
12 Month FTC
£50,000 - £55,000
Hybrid Working - Northamptonshire Office
Ready to own a high impact digital category and shape the onsite journey for thousands of customers every day? This role gives you full visibility, real influence and the chance to deliver measurable results fast.
What you will do:
• Improve onsite journeys and boost conversion
• Use data and CX tools to find opportunities
• Optimise navigation, taxonomy, content and search
• Run A/B tests and deliver data led improvements
• Lead and develop two team members
What you will bring:
• ✔ Digital merchandising or ecommerce trading experience
• ✔ Strong commercial and analytical skills
• ✔ Ability to influence cross functional teams
• ✔ A proactive, customer first mindset
