Salary: £50k (AED250k per annum) Base + Commission (Uncapped & Tax Free)


Employment Type: Full-time

After building a thriving UK business we’ve expanded into Dubai and are looking to expand this fast-growing team. Dubai presents a major opportunity—not just to serve existing clients looking to expand in the region, but also to deliver our streamlined, cloud-based model to businesses across the UAE who need modern, proactive, and tech-enabled accounting services.


This role offers a rare opportunity to help build our local presence from the ground up. You'll be instrumental in driving our growth strategy, building our brand in the region, and establishing Rise Accounting as the go-to accounting partner for ambitious businesses in the UAE

The Role


We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships and winning new business. You'll be responsible for identifying and closing opportunities across the UAE market, working with startups, scale-ups, and established businesses who need modern accounting services.


This isn't just about hitting numbers—you'll help shape our market positioning, develop our sales process, and build the foundation for a high-performing business development function as we scale.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Sales


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across mainland Dubai, free zones, and the wider UAE.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and events.
  • Develop strong relationships with Founders, CEOs and CFOs to deliver value.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals with decision-makers.
  • Work closely with our Senior Accountant to ensure seamless handover and client onboarding.


Market Positioning & Brand Building

  • Represent Rise Accounting at networking events, business forums, and industry meetups.
  • Build strategic partnerships with company formation agents, business centers, co-working spaces, and professional service providers.
  • Identify market trends and client pain points to refine our service offering.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, case studies, and content that positions us as thought leaders.


Client Relationship Management

  • Understand the unique needs of businesses operating in the UAE across various sectors.
  • Articulate the value of our tech-forward, proactive approach to accounting.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with prospects and clients to drive referrals and repeat business.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding insights back to the leadership team.


Collaboration & Growth

  • Work alongside the founding team to refine our go-to-market strategy.
  • Help establish sales processes, CRM systems, and reporting structures.
  • As we grow, support the development of a business development team in the region.


Experience & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in professional services (accounting, consulting, legal, or corporate services).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of what services Rise Accounting would provide to its clients.
  • Experience selling to SMEs, startups, and growth-stage companies.
