This is an opportunity to join a respected main contractor with over 60 years of sustained growth and an average staff tenure of 20 years. They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to develop and progress long term within the business.

The Role

You’ll work within the Property Services Division, delivering insurance reinstatement projects including flood, fire and damage repairs across residential, commercial, educational and industrial buildings.

Project values range from £10k to £3m, including negotiated works and schedule of rates projects. You’ll support estimating, commercial management and project delivery, working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients.

About You

• Experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating within the Construction sector

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally

• Interested in working within the UK’s Construction and Property Services sectors

• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Happy with an office & site-based role initially (opportunity for hybrid will follow)

• Ideally based within 1 hour of Gloucester
