Product Specialist – Hygiene & Dental Care

Territory: South West England / West London

Full-Time | Field-Based


Established Search are working with an international dental manufacturer with a strong European heritage and global footprint who are seeking a Product Specialist – Hygiene & Dental Care to drive growth across South West England and West London.


The organisation is recognised as a market leader in practice systems, infection prevention, and diagnostic solutions. This role forms part of a high-performing UK team focused on expanding market share and strengthening dealer and clinical relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive territory growth within the hygiene and dental care portfolio, achieving and exceeding sales targets while building long-term, sustainable revenue streams
  • Identify and prioritise market opportunities, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform territory planning and commercial strategy
  • Deliver engaging product training and education sessions to dealer partners, clinicians, and end users
  • Plan and execute practice visits, CPD sessions, exhibitions, and KOL meetings to generate high-quality leads and support follow-through
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals across private and NHS sectors
  • Collaborate closely with dealer networks to support joint sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement strategies
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence and feedback to internal teams to support wider commercial and marketing activities


Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in dental consumables sales with a strong track record of territory growth and market share expansion
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Confident presenter with strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and structured, with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Committed to ongoing professional development and product knowledge
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory
