Job description

Business development executive/Manager - Required for this niche travel company looking to grow is UK market share and presence. They are looking for an experience BDM/BDE from the leisure side of the travel industry, With a background in cruise with some strong relationships in place. You will be working from home as well as visiting clients. Salary around £45,000, great bonus scheme and car or car allowance. They are wanting someone based in the Midlands or South.

Business development manager/Executives duties

-The role is to spearhead the growth in the UK market targeting tour operators, consortia, homeworking specialists and key trade partners

-Increase brand awareness through sales calls, training, fam trips and trade events

-Create and deliver engaging training sessions delivered face to face and online

-Develop and deliver joint marketing campaigns

-Represent the brand at consumer shows, trade shows, roadshows and industry networking events

Business development manger/Executives skills required

-Proven track record in business development, sales or account management in the UK leisure travel market, must have a background in Cruise

-A natural networker with proven presentation skills

-A background in delivering online and face to face training

-Network in place of relationships within the travel industry
