Sales Brand Ambassador – High-Earning, Commission-Driven Role

Nonna Tonda is a fast-growing, subscription-based fresh pasta delivery service bringing restaurant-quality Italian food to homes across the UK. Founded by James and Rebecca French, we combine artisan food production with a high-performance ecommerce subscription model — designed for scale, efficiency, and repeat revenue.

We are not just sampling pasta. We are building long-term customer relationships and recurring revenue — and we’re looking for ambitious, target-driven individuals to help drive that growth.

The Opportunity

This is a frontline sales role, not just brand promotion.

As a Sales Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for acquiring new paying subscribers in high-footfall London locations through face-to-face engagement, live sampling, and direct sign-ups.

You will actively approach potential customers, confidently pitch our subscription model, overcome objections, and convert interest into immediate subscriptions via tablet or QR code.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Proactively approaching members of the public and initiating conversations

• Delivering a compelling, conversion-focused sales pitch

• Driving immediate on-the-spot subscription sign-ups

• Consistently hitting and exceeding daily sales targets

• Handling objections and confidently closing sales

• Managing and presenting branded bicycles and sampling stations to maximise visibility and footfall conversion

• Capturing feedback that can improve conversion rates

• Representing the brand with energy, urgency, and professionalism

This role is measured on results — specifically subscriptions generated.

Previous experience in direct sales, street fundraising, field sales, promotions, or hospitality sales is highly advantageous
