Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Prestwich.

Let's talk about the role, it involves;

• Oversee their market leading Prestwich city centre sales operation.
• To lead, encourage and motivate a high performing team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential vendors

We're looking for individuals who qualities such as:

• Proven experience as a Senior Sales/Branch Manager in Estate Agency.
• Deep rooted knowledge of leasehold apartment sales, preferably in Greater Manchester.
• Professional approach with excellent sales and marketing strategy implementation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple KPI’s
• Highly driven and target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Full Driving License required.
