Are you an experienced Quality Manager ready to take full ownership of a site-wide ISO9001 system in a role offering genuine autonomy and defined progression?

This is a standalone role with real responsibility. You will be the central authority for quality systems on site, ensuring ISO9001 compliance is maintained, audits are delivered, and customer issues are investigated & corrected.

The ideal applicant will be an experienced Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer with comprehensive experience owning and managing Quality Management Systems. Any manufacturing background can be considered.

The company are a renowned manufacturer with a reputation for staff retention & development. This is a new position which has been created due to a recent promotion, and they can offer full industry training, alongside genuine opportunities for further progression.

Position:

*Quality Manager

*£55,000 - £58,500 + Medical + 42 Days Holiday + Benefits

*Own & maintain the site’s ISO9001 QMS

*Leading, executing and managing internal & external audits

*Manage customer complaints, driving structured root analysis & corrective actions

*Working cross-functionally to promote high quality standards throughout

Person:

*Quality Manager / Engineer

*Proven experience owning and managing the QMS for a manufacturing operation

*Any manufacturing background considered (Food, Chemical, FMCG etc.)

*Experience with auditing and dealing with customer complaints

*Looking for an autonomous role offering genuine development & progression
