Key Responsibilities:

• Review and sign off on process piping installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Conduct mechanical inspections, including dimensional checks, material verification, and pressure testing of process systems.
• Collaborate with the project engineering and construction teams to resolve mechanical quality issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, approvals, and non-conformance reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on design, fabrication, and installation processes.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements on site.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to mechanical quality and compliance.

Qualification:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in mechanical quality inspection, preferably in process piping or mechanical packages for life sciences, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of piping codes, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASME B31.3, GMP standards).
• Experience with inspection tools, measurement devices, and documentation procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to work on-site and engage directly with construction and project teams.
